Good morning Deane Homes community, by now residents should have begun to receive their invitation to the 2025 MVSRC Holiday Party via mail. The event is next Saturday, 12/13, at the clubhouse. Dinner will begin being served at 5:30pm with Santa’s arrival shortly after at 6:00pm. This year’s event will be a bit more formal with Italian catering, so please be sure to RSVP by calling the clubhouse directly at 949-837-4070 or emailing [email protected]. Good evening Deane Homes residents,
This month’s Women’s Club meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Tuesday, November 11th at 6:30 PM. One of our very own neighbors is a craft expert and will lead us in sublimating images onto wine tumblers and/or kitchen towels on Tuesday night. There will be a low cost involved: $5 for a wine tumbler, $4 for a kitchen towel, or $9 for both. You can pay on the day of the event, but we need a headcount to know how many blank wine tumblers and towels to order, please! As usual, BYOD (bring your own drink) and an optional snack or dessert to share. PLEASE RSVP ASAP if you wish to do one or more of the crafts by clicking the link https://evite.me/RGnAu31HRM. Otherwise, we may not have enough supplies, but you are still welcome to come and socialize.

Good morning Deane Homes community,
The MVSRC pool heater is scheduled to be shut off on November 15th this year. The pool heater will be turned back on in March on the 15th. Once the heat is shut off, the pool will undergo necessary maintenance service and be closed indefinitely from November 17th to the 21st. The spa will still be open for use during this time. Please plan accordingly and utilize the pool while the heater is still on. We look forward to seeing you all!

This is a friendly reminder that the MVSRC will be hosting a Spooky Scavenger Hunt on Sunday, October 26th, from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Children will roam the MVSRC for prizes, candy, and the children with the best costumes will also win a grand prize. This is a free event for Deane Homes children ages 12 and under. This is a friendly reminder that this month’s Bunco Night will be held at the MVSRC next Thursday, October 23rd at 5:30pm, and will be spooky themed for Halloween. There is a $10 buy in for this event and winners take home cash prizes. Although it is not mandatory to dress up, the player with the best costume will also win a prize.
