“You wouldn’t be able to finish Murph…”
…until you do. 🇺🇸❤️

This Memorial Day weekend was about more than workouts.

From our sunrise hike at Patriot Hill Saturday morning to TODAY’S Memorial Day “Murph” workout honoring Lt. Michael P. Murphy — this weekend reminded us what happens when people come together, support one another, & do hard things side by side.

For many, Murph felt intimidating:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

But today wasn’t about perfection.
It wasn’t about RX scores.
It was about showing up.

And that’s exactly what our community did. 👏🏼

Some modified.
Some surprised themselves.
Some finished something they never thought they could.

That’s what HIIT It Fitness is all about:
