The Mustangs put up a valiant effort, but ultimately fell to Royal High School of Simi Valley 14-8 in this quarterfinal matchup. The Mustangs led 2-1 late in the 1st quarter, but Royal crept back ahead 3-2 at the end of the quarter. They maintained a lead at half 7-3, and then surged out of the gate in the 3rd to take a 12-3 lead into the 4th. The Mustangs battled back and scored 4 quick goals, but Royal pushed in a couple more goals to keep the game out of reach.

What a great season ladies! Congratulations!
