Hey guys check out this video clip of Guru Jules showing one of the simple counters we have for the low line leg kick.

Many of us watch UFC and other contact sports Kickboxing and the like. Some of us encounter these kicks in our training/sparring seasons. Well here is a simple answer for this attack.

What I see alot of times as being an avid watcher of UFC and the like. is People either lose fights from this kick. Meaning not a good way to counter or dodge and end up taking damage that hinders their movement. Or they get so far out of the way. They can not actively engage or counter.
