We're live for Michiana Thanksgiving runs! (And we may need that on our plates more than we need the turkey and pumpkin pie this year!) Head to Dowagaic All Trail Turkey Trot on Sunday afternoon, at 3pm, and for Thanksgiving Day, check out Niles-Buchanan YMCA Thanksgiving Day Run and Faith Mission Turkey Stampede 1 mile, 5K Run/Walk. These are all-time favorite Michiana runs that are taking COVID precautions seriously so you can keep the tradition.

Or call The South Bend Clinic to schedule an appointment at any of their imaging centers. Do all you can to keep it healthy!

Fit4Fall Stay Safe Virtual 5K Challenge
Timeframe: October 10- 24
Location: Anywhere!

A RacePalyMichiana favorite, the annual Fit 4 Fall 5K will be virtual this year. The challenge begins Saturday, Oct. 10 and runs through Oct. 24. Starts today, P-H-M Education Foundation Zoom for Education Virtual Event. Challenge yourself to a 1 Mile, 5K, or 10K run, walk, swim, ride, roll, paddle or whatever mode you prefer to stay active. Help P-H-M raise money for programs in the schools anywhere and any time starting 9. This weekend enjoy Motivation Stations and post your Zoom moments on social media for a chance to win great prizes.

Go virtual this weekend and participate in the Race for the YMCA YMCA of Greater Michiana - virtual 5K/10K, Saturday, July 18 - July 26
Why not take advantage, or try out, of the virtual race format, in which you can run or walk the distance anywhere, for example in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, at a nearby park, or on the original course. Participants will have between Saturday, July 18 and Sunday, July 26, 2020 to complete their race. Proceeds will benefit local families through scholarships to the Benton Harbor-St. Joseph YMCA and it's programming.
