Miramar Dojo Martial Arts Club training in Niseido Ju Jitsu, Seibukan Shorin Ryu Karate, and Combat Fitness. Training in self defense ju jitsu and karate.

Also combat fitness to be able to endure. Train in a small intimate environment working at your pace, skills and aptitude. Dojo available for rent. Develop and run your own programs, i.e Yoga, Zumba, Tai Chi, Personal trainers, etc.
