Fine tuning the prep. Working on keeping the take back compact. The last clip we use the basket as a block for feedback in order to feel the correct position! 💪🏾

Here’s a drill we use to work the backhand extension. The goal is to exaggerate the strike zone and freeze. Then find the follow through in the following reps maintaining the same length of the swing.
