Our 1–4 Year Old Parent & Tot Jiu Jitsu Class is BACK!!
🎉🤩 Enrollment is now open for our Spring 4-week session!

✨ Tuesdays at 9:00 AM

✨ April 7, 14, 21, and 28

✨ $95 total for all 4 weeks

✨ Only 12 spots available

If you’re looking for something fun that helps your little one burn energy while building confidence, balance, and coordination, this class is the sweetest place to start. 💛

Quick reminder for anyone who missed the post last month!

Our 1–4 year old Parent & Tot Jiu Jitsu class starts NEXT Wednesday, January 7th, and we only have 6️⃣ spots left.

This is a short 4-week session, no long-term commitment, and it’s such a fun way to help littles burn energy while building confidence, balance, and coordination.

✨Wednesdays at 10:15 AM
✨January 7, 14, 21, and 28
✨$95 total for all 4 weeks

Jiu Jitsu doesn’t just teach kids how to move their bodies, it teaches them how to handle uncomfortable moments.

How to wait their turn.
How to speak up when something feels off.
How to stay calm when they’re frustrated.
How to keep going when something feels hard.

Those skills show up at school, at home, and with friends, long after class is over.

The techniques matter.
But the confidence is the real win.
