I didn’t know where my curiosity about hypnosis would lead me… and now here we are.

My podcast interview is officially out! I’m so happy to share a little of my journey - from discovering hypnosis, to training at the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, and eventually becoming part of the Nirva clinic.

I also shared how hypnotherapy literally set me free from the blocks that were holding me back, and why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same.
