Weapons class at 7-8 tonight as usual- Sifu Ed. Any form can be done at Tai Chi speed and energy. This is done slow for instructional purposes.

Just found this- looks interesting.

Shop Chinese straight swords (jian) for Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Wushu training. Lightweight, balanced training swords for forms, performance, and daily practice.
