For every 12 week training phase.. 6 weeks will be dedicated to true resistance training high volume hypertrophy and true max effort strength training! โฃ

We have repeatedly seen some of the highest level results come out of the strength training in this program and we are committed to expanding on the most successful parts of our program to push our clients farther than they ever thought they could go. โฃ

If that wasnโt enoughโฆ our team has now included in our programming a full secondary training day setup, separate from the 3 primary days offered, to give our clients the opportunity to train up to 6 days / week at the facility in a carefully crafted and progressive program. โฃ

๐ฅ 2 weeks of ๐๐๐ต๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด aimed at improving our clients overall functionality, dynamic movement and stability in the real world. โฃ

๐ฅ 4 weeks of ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ aimed at improving everything from VO2 max, lactic acid threshold, metabolism, and full body endurance. โฃ

๐ฅ 6 weeks of ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐๐๐ฐ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐๐ต ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐, split into two parts :โฃ

๐ฅ 3 weeks of ๐ง๐ฟ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต ๐ฉ๐ผ๐น๐๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ต๐ aimed at targeting specific muscle groups and developing lean muscle. Every 3rd week, a specific selection of exercises will be dedicated to max effort high volume sets to mechanical failure. โฃ
