A few of us are planning on a Saturday run at 8am from the Souris Valley Golf Course!! With all the Indoor running and unpredictable weather we thought we would take advantage of 30 degrees at run start time!! Also a good way to get in a run long or short before the Marathon Olympic Trials begin at 11am on NBC!!!! 🏃‍♂️

Thanks to everyone who came out to run through the lights last night with us! It was fun as always! Merry Christmas!

If you are planning on coming to our Christmas Lights Run this Wednesday at 6:30pm at Oak Park, can you drop a comment below? Trying to determine supplies needed based on the number of people planning on attending.

We are good to go for our annual Christmas lights run in Oak Park next Wednesday, December 18th at 6:30pm. We will meet in the garage to the left as you enter the park. You are welcome to bring a treat to share for after the run! I am looking for someone to help with bringing hot chocolate and tables for set-up at 6pm! Let me know if you can help!
