With all great adventures in life, they must come to an end. Today our racecar became no longer our racecar. We hope its new owner can make as many or more memories with it as we did. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped us create memories as a family for the last seven years. We will still be around the racetrack from time to time, just from the other side of the fence.

Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors for your years of support. You are the reason we were able to get to live the dream we lived.

The biggest thank you goes out to my family. Most of all my wife Samantha. Thank you for going along with this crazy dream. Crew Cheif Curt and Car Chief Chris you have been the driving force to our success. My family has put up with so much over the years. I cannot wait for our next adventures together.

This will more than likely be the last post on this page. Thank you to all who followed and participated.

It may be snowing and cold today but there will be lots of hot cars on display this weekend at the fairgrounds.

Set up will be Friday starting at 9am.

Cub Scout Pinewood Derby will be Saturday from 10am to 4pm. It's always fun to watch, especially for the kids.

Make sure you stop at the NODAK booth and get your club memberships, pay for your reserved pit space, and grandstand and pit season passes.

But the best part is being able to visit with the race friends you maybe haven't seen since last race season. And of course do some shopping with the vendors.

Grab the family and come on out Saturday and Sunday. See you there!!

Over the last weekend the TA44 team decided to strap in one last time for 2022. We headed south to the Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, ND. Friday night Crew Chief Curt pulled the 25 pill. This started Tim third in the heat race. He showed off his skills in wheeling the ol hotrod all the way back to fourth. Curt and Car Chief Chris finally put their super run on the car between the heat and the dash. Tim started ninth. He was able to work the bottom and was all the way up to second, before ultimately finishing in third.

Saturday night we only ran a feature which was lined up the way we finished the dash. Tim and his good friend Brandon Beeter ran 1-2 most of the race. Brandon was just too fast to be passed and lead wire to wire with Tim coming home second. Congratulations to Brandon on the W!!!

That concludes our 2022 season. As is often the case in racing we had many highs, but definitely had some lows. The highs have far outweighed the lows. We got to spend much of the summer with our second family. We made many new friends. We even ruffled a few feathers here and there. All in all a great season.

These sponsors made all the good times possible. They helped us rebound from the tough times. They are what makes team TA44 go. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We hope to have all of you back for 2023.
