We recently wrapped up our walk-in cooler and freezer upgrade at Schatz Crossroads Restaurant, and while the new equipment looks great… what I’m most proud of is the people behind it.

Because we operate 24/7/365, projects like this don’t happen by accident. They take planning, flexibility, teamwork, and a staff willing to adapt while continuing to serve customers at a high level.

I’ve been incredibly impressed watching our team work through the transition from old equipment to new—deep cleaning, moving product, reorganizing spaces, adjusting routines, and keeping things running without missing a beat. Their care for this place, our equipment, and our customers does not go unnoticed.

A huge thank you to Dakota Refrigeration, Inc. for guiding us through the project and doing such a great job bringing it to life.

Really proud of this team and proud of what we continue to build together. 🤍

Tiana goes above and beyond to make her customers feel special and provides exceptional customer service. One family in particular had a wonderful experience at Schatz when Tiana was their server, because she took the time to make their kids feel special and elevated the experience of their visit. “She is a hard worker and needs to be recognized.”
