Minooka Baseball & Softball Association

Minooka Baseball & Softball Association MBSA is a non for profit, youth baseball and softball organization. We offer competitive in-house and travel leagues, ages 4-16.

Our philosophy is to use positive teaching strategies, affirmation, and opportunities for correct repetitive practice to continuously improve our players’ skills. Our goal is to instill strong fundamentals and understanding of game strategy, not to win every game. The wins will come when our players have a chance to solidify their fundamentals and gain confidence in themselves, and this requires a supportive learning environment.

📍 Cene’s Four Seasons – Shorewood

Players ages 5–16 will receive hands-on instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running from the entertaining athletes of the Chicago Snowballs and Rocket Squirrels. After the clinic, stick around for a one-of-a-kind performance featuring trick plays, dancing, crowd interaction, plus photo and autograph opportunities!

💲 Just $20 per participant

We are very proud of our 15u Rivercats who travelled to Cincinnati last week and took home the Silver Bracket Championship.

The Rivercats had strong pitching and great defense to go 2-0 in pool play and take the No. 1 seed in the Championship bracket.

They fell short in the double elimination bracket and fell to Silver where they won two more games going 4-1 on the weekend.

Way to go Rivercats!

They also got to stop by the Great American Ballpark to catch the Cubs and Reds game on Friday night!

MBSA Fall Baseball ⚾️ and Softball 🥎 registration is open!

Registration will close on Sunday, July 19 at 11:59 PM.

ALL Age Levels offered in both Baseball ⚾️ and Softball 🥎 . Please see the age charts on our website for age requirements.

Several softball sanctioning bodies have made changes to softball age eligibility months, primarily affecting birthdates in September, October, November, and December. Please check the age charts on our website to see if it affects your player.

WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE LATE REGISTRATIONS. Please do not wait to register!
