11U Minooka Mudslingers Part time travel Tryouts will be Sunday July 19 from 2:00-4:00 PM behind the Minooka Primary Center at 305 W. Church St. in Minooka.

* Team is focused on player development.

Congratulations to our 11U RiverCats for taking 2nd place in the Troy Titans Mother’s Day Tournament! Way to go RiverCats!

What an incredible weekend for the 11U Minooka RiverCats!

We are so proud of our athletes for taking second place in the Troy Titans Mother’s Day Tournament.

Playing up against 12U rosters is a tough challenge, but our team showed exactly what they are made of. From big bats to aggressive base running, the RiverCats brought the heat!

Tournament Highlights:

• Dominant Outing on the Mound: Leo Steiskal ( #3) delivered a stellar performance during the tournament. In his primary start against Go Pro Arndt 12U, he battled through 3.2 innings, racking up 5 strikeouts. He also came in to close the door against Channahon, recording a strikeout to help seal the win.

• Offensive Powerhouses: J. Pelka led the charge with 7 total hits, including a double and 5 RBIs. T. Crawford was right there with him, racking up 6 hits (2 doubles) and 5 RBIs.

• On-Base Machines: N. Ramirez was a constant threat, drawing 7 walks and collecting 3 hits to score 6 times throughout the weekend.

• Speed Kills: We were a nightmare on the basepaths with 24 total stolen bases! Leading the charge were T. Thomas with 7 swipes and N. Ramirez with 6.

• Clutch Performances: T. Thomas also delivered power with 4 hits, including a triple.

Weekend Results:

✅ Win vs. Brawlers Baseball 12U (7-0)
🥈 Battles vs. Go Pro Arndt 12U

Congratulations to our 13U Rivercats for winning the Silver Bracket in O’Fallon, IL!

Thanks to Play GMB tournaments, the Rivercats were able to participate in the parade on the warning track before Friday’s Cardinals/Dodgers game.

Today’s MBSA opening day parade is cancelled due to the weather.
The raffle will be drawn on Facebook live next Sunday May 10th. Each concession stand will have a blue JC bucket in it this week that you can put your raffle tickets in. Please make sure all raffle tickets are turned in by Saturday May 9th because we will collect the buckets after Saturdays games.
