Start your New Year’s resolution early!
We have new equipment - designed for seniors!
For the first two weeks of December, visit our Fitness Center at 1421 Industrial Park Rd in Minonk to check out our new hydraulic equipment designed primarily for seniors.
Visit as often as you like during the period December 1 through December 14 for FREE - we are open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm
Let us know if you are interested in becoming a Gold Star Fitness member. We have monthly rates and packages available. We are also a certified facility with most healthcare wellness programs, such as Silver Sneakers, etc
