Hi all! Hope everyone had a great Halloween!

I wanted to invite teams to sign up for Feed My Starving Children on Friday, November 24. Our team (2012 academy 2) plans to do it on that date and it would be fun to pack the place with Tonka teams for the day.

Thanks to all our amazing Tonka United players, coaches, managers, and family members who served in our Pitch-In program last season. We FAR surpassed our goal of 200 volunteer hours with 306 TOTAL HOURS 🎉🙌

Let’s beat our record again this year and get out in the community! We’ll be sending out emails to team managers and recruiting Service Coordinators for each team. Please consider taking on this role again if you have the ability to do it.

Thanks to the 14 Girls Select team and their families for serving and packing meals at Mount Calvary this past year. Remember - your certificates are ready for pick up in the box outside of the Tonka United office! Make sure to get them before the end of the season. Thanks!

Hey Service Coordinators! The certificates are ready for your players who participated in a Pitch-In project this year. You can pick them up at the Tonka United office where they’re all grouped according to teams in the plastic bin outside the office. See the picture below for how they look.

Also, congratulations to the 2012 Academy 1 Boys team that had the most projects and participants throughout the year. They receive a gift certificate to Davanni's Pizza and Hot Hoagies that can be used toward a team party. Great job!

Thank you everyone for your help in making this year a success. We far surpassed our goal of 200 service hours with more than 300! I’ll total it up once the season is officially at an end and let you know.
