🇺🇸 This Labor Day, We Remember What It’s All About. 🇺🇸
Labor Day is more than a long weekend. It’s a day to recognize the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices of the people who built our communities and continue to keep them strong.
From farmers and factory workers to healthcare professionals, first responders, tradespeople, teachers, small business owners, and countless others — our communities depend on people who are willing to show up, work hard, and serve others.
Today, we honor those who came before us, those who serve today, and those who will carry that spirit forward.
Never forget that the strength of a community comes from the people willing to work for it. ❤️💙

When someone calls for an ambulance, they invite us into their home and into a very personal
moment of their life.
While we often remember the people we care for, we also understand the importance of
privacy and dignity. Every patient deserves to know they will be treated with respect,
compassion, and confidentiality from the moment we arrive until their care is complete.

After this weekend’s training, the mud had moved in, changed the locks, and started forwarding its mail to the ambulance. 😂

She’s clean... And the unwanted tenant has been evicted for approximately 12 minutes.🤣🚑

One of the greatest responsibilities we have is earning the trust of our community. Every time
someone calls 911, they are placing their confidence in complete strangers during one of the
most vulnerable moments of their lives.
At Minnesota Lake Ambulance, we never take that trust for granted. We strive to earn it every
day through professionalism, compassion, and respect.

🚒 Good morning, Facebook friends!

Today, your Minnesota Lake Fire & Ambulance teams are putting in some hands-on training! Our crews will be practicing rope rescue, tractor rescue, and vehicle extrication throughout the day.

This afternoon, the vehicle extrication portion of our training will take place in the Nordaas American Homes parking lot.

👀 Want to watch? Come on out! We’re always happy to have our community see what our volunteers do and how we train for the calls we hope never happen.

For everyone’s safety, please stay a safe distance away from the training area and follow any directions from our crews.

The work of an ambulance service isn't measured only by the calls we answer. It's also
measured by the preparation, professionalism, and dedication that happen between those calls.
To every member of Minnesota Lake Ambulance, thank you for the countless hours you give to
this service—many of them unseen by the public, but all of them essential to our mission. And
to our community, thank you for recognizing and supporting those efforts. We couldn't do this
without you.
