This summer we will be running a 4 week strength and conditioning program. It will be June 4-29 on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s from 11am-12pm.

These classes will be more technique and strength based than our regular group classes, focusing on skill, strength training, and conditioning. There will still be a lot of fun and fitness though!!!!

Because of the more detailed programming we will be offering it to kids 11-15 and capping it at 8 participants. The 4 week block (12 sessions total) will run $120.

We had a great night for our first class of this 6 week block. Strength work, a workout that included synchronized burpees and med ball runs, and kickball! Join us every Wednesday and Friday from 5-6 at Minneola Athletic Complex.

The block will run from February 2nd through March 14th. Classes will be held every Wednesday and Friday from 5-6pm at the Minneola Athletic Complex. All kids 8-14 years are welcome!

Finished off this block with a fun 12 Days of Christmas workout tonight. So proud of each of these kids for pushing to complete the entire workout!!! Awesome job! Thank you parents for participating in our fall session of Super Fit Kids!!
