As great as it's been being part of the Twin Cities cycling community and culture, and all the great times, races, and adventures that have unfolded, plus all the interesting and generally pretty doggone friendly people, it's time to officially close this chapter. It's been a hell of a ride.
We are officially concluding our business specifically pertaining to custom wheel building and bicycle work as a whole.
Why? Life takes you sometimes in different and unexpected directions. In 2019 I started down one of those paths. The many disruptions of 2020 were also a catalyst - not as much the supply chain/parts availability side of things, but more so changes in perspective on a personal level.
I appreciate so much the referrals, reviews, and trust that you all have given me. It's a cool thing knowing that your handiwork is out there on the roads and trails delivering reliability and performance day in and out and your customers are pleased and appreciative of your work.
I'm a consummate procrastinator, one of my most onerous faults, and I apologize that this announcement is quite overdue, and apologies also to the unanswered messages over the last year.
Keep riding Mill City. Never stop. (St. Paul, too)
