Happy Monday Capella Tower crew!

I know that many of you are struggling not having access to the Health Club, so are Matt and Robert. Not everyone is lucky enough to have their own home gym, but with a little ingenuity you can still make a workout happen.

If you need a little help getting a home workout or an office workout started sent either Matt or Robert an email and we can walk you through setting up a plan.

Good Morning Capella Crew.

We regret to inform you that the health club will be closed until further notice due to a severe water leak. As of yet, we're unsure about the extent of the damage or when we will be reopening.

This month, we’re celebrating Matt Jessessky, one of our incredible Program Managers at AdvantageHealth Corporation / Capella Tower Health Club!
Matt is truly in his element when he’s supporting others in reaching their health and fitness goals—no matter their age or ability level. With a background in coaching high school and college baseball, Matt brings the same motivation, teamwork, and passion for growth to every session he leads.

His own journey into fitness began after a back injury in college sparked his interest in the connection between movement and healing. Since 2018, Matt has combined his love for coaching and fitness as a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach, specializing in functional strength and movement training.

Whether it’s guiding clients through a TRX workout or helping them discover the joy of functional fitness, Matt’s energy and expertise make a lasting impact every day. 💪

This post goes out to everyone who has been workout for some time. As important as your workout is. Your recovery is just as, if not more important! Research today is talking about the importance of active recovery, and not just sitting on the couch all weekend. The importance of sleep, nutrition, and low intensity movement on your days off will help your gains as well as staying fresh for the next workout.

Looking to get a workout in, but aren't sure what to do? No worries, we GOT you!

Here's a 3-Block, full-body workout for you to try. Do the moves back-to-back with 1-2 minutes of rest at the end of each round. Do each block 2-3 times before moving on to the next block.

If you're unsure of some of the movements, stop by the desk and ask Matt or Robert to demo them for you!
