Farrell's North Loop is a results-based fitness program for participants of any age, lifestyle, s*x or athletic ability. The program was developed by Lance Farrell specifically to combat obesity and to help people develop healthy lifestyle habits by incorporating fat-burning, strength and endurance building, and guidance to proper nutrition all through personalized coaching. Farrell's is a unique
program with 3 components: Kickboxing-cardio, resistance training, and nutrition. Students initially enroll in a 10-Week Challenge session in which physical testing is performed along with photos both at the beginning and end of the 10-Week Challenge. A $1000 prize is given to an overall winner for the man and woman with the best overall transformations during a party at the end of the 10-Week Challenge. The excitement of the challenge along with the supportive, encouraging, family environment makes Farrell's a truly unique experience for the students. Our system is intended to help people make significant improvements to their overall health and well-being and virtually all students have very favorable results. The 10 week challenge session normally results in significant weight loss and body fat reduction.
