Meet Mo Matti! A more recent addition to our TwinTown family!
Mo has been here a couple of months and is so far loving the community and her fitness journey, and we couldn’t be happier to have her here! ❤️

For this months Coach Spotlight, we have coach Shane!

Shane is a NASM certified personal trainer and level 1 CrossFit coach that is here to help you with all of your training needs!

Asides from his training, he enjoys tv shows like Survivor and Drag Race, spending time with his partners and friends, and loves being able to meet and hangout with TwinTown members that he doesn’t get to see often (because he teaches the early classes 😆)!

If you manage to take an early class, or see him elsewhere, be sure to say hello! ☺️

Happy Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈 everyone! Not only are we putting out a 2026 TTF Pride shirt, but we are hosting a Tie-Dye event!

Join us Sunday June 21st at 11am for some tie dying fun at the gym! We will have shirt pre-order forms set out at the gym starting this afternoon! Make sure to put your name down for a T-shirt, crop, or tank so you’re ready for the event on the 21st.

Can’t make it on the 21st but still want a shirt? Put your name on the pre-order form and we’ll dye one for you! Can’t wait to see y’all there!

A big THANK YOU to this community for joining us for the Murph workout. We loved to see how you each showed up and did what felt good, modified anything that was needed and you brought the best energy! Thank you for being part of this community, cheering each other on, sharing in moments, over good food and good times. You did it!

Thank you so much to Scott for bringing the delicious BBQ and to everyone who brought yummy things to share.

We can’t wait to continue into the summer with y’all, building muscle and making memories! See you at the gym!

Introducing the TwinTown Summer Bingo Card!

This card will run from May 25th - September 7th and will have events from all over the summer!
We will have prizes for regular bingos, and a custom shirt for blackout winners!
