What are your top moments in 2024? Here’s mine 👇🏻First, lemme start off w/ what the pics aren’t showing you...

Coz I want to normalize that life is not always about rainbows & IG-worthy photos & for me this year...

It was about SHOWING UP intentionally & leaning in the FUN
.. EVEN WHEN honestly, I just didn’t feel like it & it felt like things were “wobbly”.. EVEN WHEN migraines were keeping me from having my “best” day .. EVEN WHEN it seems scary to take that next step & I was out of my comfort zone (which is where growth happens btw!)

& just as we kicked off my C.E.O. club w/ saying YES to a Year of Expansive Sales, I walked into the year as a Gasparilla pirate 🏴‍☠️

Then spent the following months with the theme of PEOPLE & STAGES starting with LA with my sister 😇

So honored to have done more speaking like be featured in the Top 100 Women in Power w/ amazing women like

Also super grateful for the business owners who joined the 5th annual Christmas in July collab event & the 37k+ students I get to serve all around the globe (meeting them IRL is the best!)

There were tons of personal highlights for me like traveling, going to a country concert (not usually a fan) & seeing ”fly” by me & the simple pleasures like chilling w/ my fam 🧡 (we also saw the super cool Infinity Mirror from the Glass Onion movie)

Thank you 2024!

For the experiences and memories. For the lessons learned.

For the people I am blessed to meet & have in my life.

Last Friday reminder of 2024 🥳👇🏻

Your 1 year goals should NOT box you in…

Warning: What I’m about to say could change your business strategy / plan 🚨 My 2025 Business Prediction…

Coz now that my clients & I have mapped out our holiday $ales game plan, our convos are more about our Q5 + new year UPLEVEL strategy

The thing is…

When it comes to collaborations, there’s a growing trend of sponsorships & “pay to play”

I see the shift to having hosts PAY speakers & collab participants instead of charging for it

Just got 2 PAID speaking events lined up in the next few months (w/ the holiday break in between) so it’s happening 🥳

So if you’re hosting > charging speaking / bundle fee, expect you to have a bigger audience &/or use that $ for advertising 😏

Requiring email / social promo in exchange for “visibility” or opportunity for “affiliate sale” is so 2020

I believe there will be more paid SPONSORED spots on email newsletters coz these are VALUABLE digital real estate (my list gets 36% open, most social media gets 3% engagement on a good day 😅)

And please stop cold emailing to ask for people to join your collabs that you were both in previous bundle - who is teaching this “strategy”?!

Pretty sure that’s illegal since you didn’t get permission to BULK email them (not a lawyer, worked closely w/ corporate legal teams that handled IT compliance)

There’s better ways (that get you more quality leads) to do this - ask me, been doing my collabs for FIVE years & always lead to sales AND we all have fun!

I want to clarify this now once & for all 🤭

Coz people are often surprised when they find out

That even though I grew up in the Philippines which is a VERY tropical country

I’m a fall-weather kind of a gal 🍁🇵🇭

Yes, I LOVE the beach BUT

There’s nothing better than having a cool weather w/ less bugs

Plus an excuse to have (more) hot coffee & put on a nice thick sweater

While UPLEVELING w/ my 1-1 coaching clients + inside our CEO Club 👩🏻‍💻☕️
