Skyhawks Sports Academy was founded in 1979 with a simple goal: give all kids, regardless of skill, a chance to experience the joy and benefits of sports. Sports require more than just athletic skill; teamwork, respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship are required to succeed in any sport, and those same skills prove crucial for success throughout life. Summer Sports Tip! When the temperatures climb, hydration is everything. ☀️💧

Here's the key: don't wait until you're thirsty to drink water. Thirst is actually a sign that the body is already a little behind. Encourage your young athletes to sip water before, during, and after every practice and game to stay energized, focused, and feeling their best on the field. 💪🏃

A good rule of thumb? Keep that water bottle close and take regular sips—especially during those hot summer sessions!
