🏁 BIR Thursday Arrival & Paddock Access – September 3

Heading to BIR on Thursday? Here’s what you need to know about arrival and paddock access:

BIR has an Apex event on track until 5:00 PM Thursday, and CRA will have front gate AND paddock access beginning at 6:00 PM. This gives the Apex group time to pack up and clear the paddock before we move in.

👉 If they clear out early, BIR will let us in early! Just keep in mind that 6:00 PM is our scheduled access time, so anything earlier is a bonus.

Arriving before 6:00 PM?
BIR also has a GSTA drag racing event arriving Thursday. If you're waiting for CRA access, please park in the grass and keep both drive-up lanes clear so the GSTA group can get through the gate and checked in.

Quick recap:
🏍️ Apex event track time ends: 5:00 PM
🚪 CRA scheduled front gate access: 6:00 PM
👍 Earlier entry: Possible if the paddock clears early!
🌱 Arriving early?: Park in the grass at the gate
🚗 Please keep both general drive-up entrance lanes clear!!

To note: This is actually a little earlier than our July event, when the previous renter was on track until 6:00 PM. But is a bit different in that we cannot stage in the paddock first.

🏁 LAST CHANCE TO GET YOUR RACE LICENSE THIS YEAR! 🏁

Listen, you don't have to be Marc Marquez to race. If racing has crossed your mind this year, this is your final opportunity of 2026 to get your race license with CRA! 🏍️🔥

The next round is coming up September 4th-6th at Brainerd Intl Raceway, and once it’s over, you’ll have to wait until NEXT YEAR to officially join us on the grid. 🥴 So don't wait a second longer!

Whether you’ve been thinking about racing for a long time or you’re just starting to wonder if you want to try it, now is your chance! Have questions on how to get started? Reach out to us so we can get you squared away and ready to go for next round!

🏆🦵 CRA PRESENTS: MR. LEGS!🦵🏆

Think you’ve got the best legs at the track? It’s time to prove it at round #5! 💪

Each contestant will be given a short time to show off their legs to the crowd, as well as a panel of judges. There are no extra points for presentation, but a fun pose, or bit of personality will go a long way to the judges! At the end of the competition, scores will be tallied and prizes will be awarded to the winners! 🏆

Categories include:
🦵 Hairiest Legs
🦵 Palest Legs
🦵 Tannest Legs
🦵 Thinnest Legs
🦵 Strongest Legs

Anyone can enter. Any age can enter. 🎉

This is a family-friendly competition, so regular street clothes are required to participate. Keep it fun, keep it appropriate, and come ready to show off those legs! If you are interested in judging, leave us a comment to let us know!

Signups will be at the track the weekend of, with the actual competition taking place Saturday night at the bandshell.
