(Yoga bio: I taught for the Calhoun Beach Club and Life Time Fitness. I’m a certified yoga teacher through CorePower Yoga and a certified barre instructor through Align Pilates/Six Degrees).

We’ve had a wild summer between rain and a lot of tall grass. We’ve appreciated your smiles, support and summer spirit!
Go to the Fair, take a break or start your long holiday weekend early with us this week. One more seasonal savasana at sunset 🌅
