OULA X with Leah and Lori

The Oula Connection Class is for EVERYONE!

(The event formerly known as 'Master Class')

We will be dancing to celebrate the new trainees attending the Empowerment Weekend/Oula Training, for ourselves and for you!

No previous Oula experience is necessary to attend.

What do I need to bring? Comfortable exercise shoes, water, and photo ID. Also, complete the Oula Fitness Waiver & Photo Release form prior to class.

What else do I need to know?
Time: 9:30 am CT
Location: Minnesota Jewish Community Center - Capp Center
1375 Saint Paul Avenue
Saint Paul, MN 55116

These classes are quite large so please arrive a little early to get checked in at the St. Paul JCC. If you are not a member of the JCC, you are required to provide a photo ID and sign the Guest Waiver Form.

Also, please note that the JCC, our host, doesn't require a COVID-19 vaccination to attend and we will be following their guidelines.

The Workroom MN is located in Roseville on County Road D and 35W. The studio has a parking lot.

The Workroom is a beautiful space equipped with parking, bathrooms, and a space to keep your belongings while you tear up the dance floor. Please bring water bottles. There is not a fountain on site.

// The After Party //
“You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here!” After the party there are plenty of establishments nearby to hang with your fellow OULAkins to celebrate the night.

About tonight: Unfortunately I am headed out of town on a super long road trip tomorrow, so I am unable to partake in an after party.
BUT YOU CAN!!!!
