We will be hosting a free workshop on Wednesday June 3 and Thursday June 4 from 6 to 7 pm. "Train smart, eat clean, recover and repeat."
Optional introduction to body building included.

This workshop is designed to give you the tools for a healthier and more active lifestyle. Everyone can benefit regardless of your fitness level.

The seminar will be open to the public and current members ages 14 and older.

Message us if interested to reserve your seat.

Workshop is hosted by two dedicated members Kim and TJ Slater both are experienced Registered Nurses for over 18 years and have won first place in numerous NPC bodybuilding competitions.

We will be offering a summer special of 3 months no contract at $150. Offer expires July 1.

Also, college students may purchase one month at discounted rate of $45 with valid college ID. Expires August 31.
