Feeling kinda like fall is in the air. Come sign up for boot camp and start a healthy routine. The holidays tend to sneak up on us. So start with a routine before they get here. I’m doing sign ups Sept. 23rd 4-9am in MW and 10-11a in Jboro.

Who doesn’t like something FREE! I’m doing boot camp sign ups on Friday Aug. 2nd.
I’m offering a free week of bc. We will be doing a 7 weeks session next round. Kids are headed back to school so come focus on some ME time.
