Hey hey August has arrived and what better way to kick off a new month then with great goals! When we set goals they should always be SMART Goals!
Specific
Measurable
Attainable
Realistic
Timely
Biggest thing you can take away is be realistic with your goal(loosing 20lbs in a month is not realistic) and set a realistic time line(20lbs is doable so instead of a 30 day time line think more like 3-6 months depending on your activity level and where your nutrition is) and one last thing I will leave you with is the scale can be a jerk sooo please don’t depend solely on that to give you your feed back! I have some great ways to measure the changes which I’m more than happy to chat with you about!
Make August a great one and be present in all your workouts(even the ones where you barely showed up for) and work on slaying those goals 🙌🏼!

Gosh it been a while since I’ve posted on our public page!! I just wanted to share that I am so grateful that those whom have felt comfortable being back together in small group gatherings have been busting b***y and I know from talking with those that are working out from home via our private page are being rockstars as well!! We are all managing through this weird time and I truly appreciate each and every one of you!! Keep slaying those goals no matter what they are 🙌🏼

Hey guys! So excited we have completed a week of workouts with some of us back together and it truly has been awesome!
