friendly reminder: you have to want it bad enough.
it was years of consistency. same meals, same workouts, building habits, figuring out what worked and sticking to the plan even when motivation wasn’t there.
summer is coming, which also means it’s easier than ever to make excuses — skipping workouts, missing cardio, eating out constantly, putting goals on hold. but if you keep stopping every time life gets fun or busy, you’ll never get where you want to be.
you can make progress AND enjoy your summer. balance is the goal, not restriction. ☀️
