GYM 4:13 Angel Daniels Lee (Owner/General manager) Welcome to GYM 4:13, formerly known as Spirit of Cheer! We can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens us!

GYM 4:13 is a Christian based facility offering classes in Recreational Tumbling and Cheer as well as Competitive Cheer teams for a range of ages. At GYM 4:13, our athletes will learn to set goals, build confidence, and reach higher than they ever thought possible! Philippians 4:13

We are over the moon to welcome Josh Jordan to our Gym 4:13 family! Here’s just a little about Josh…

Josh has been a part of the cheer community for many years and began his cheer career with Cheer Connection before continuing with Louisiana Rebels and Bossier Parish Community College. Outside of the gym, Josh is a proud husband to Lauren and father of four beautiful children Summer (19) Josie (9) Skye (5) Lox (3). His family is his biggest motivation, and he is passionate about building a strong future both for his athletes and at home.

Josh brings an extensive and impressive background in cheerleading and coaching, including:

• 5 years of competitive All Star Cheer experience

• 2 years of collegiate cheerleading

• 16 years of dedicated coaching in All Star Cheer

• 7-time NCA Champion Coach.

• Expertise in choreography, having crafted numerous routines for middle and high school teams.

We’re so excited to have Josh as part of our family! His energy, passion for cheer, and love for life are truly contagious. We are incredibly blessed to have him and can’t wait to watch the positive impact he’ll make as he helps our athletes learn, grow, and shine! 💙
