You don't have to have a gym to make progress!!

4am Playing Card Workout:
Draw 2 cards
First 3 rounds are Pushups (Pause)
Next 3 rounds are V-Pulses or Crunch (Pause)
Repeat through whole deck (Twice)

Reps:
2-10 = # on Card
Jack, Queen, King = 12
Ace = 15
Jokers = 25 (lol RIP)

Sometimes you have to refuel. I focus very hard on eating right and healthy, but to keep my muscle mass moving forward, and to keep my sanity lol, sometimes I have a Big Eat day.
