4am Playing Card Workout:
Draw 2 cards
First 3 rounds are Pushups (Pause)
Next 3 rounds are V-Pulses or Crunch (Pause)
Repeat through whole deck (Twice)
Reps:
2-10 = # on Card
Jack, Queen, King = 12
Ace = 15
Jokers = 25 (lol RIP)
