Join us for a restful and healing Raven Medicine Sound Bath.

The Raven – revered across shamanic traditions as a powerful messenger between worlds, master of transformation, keeper of secrets, and harbinger of profound change – is my guide, and our guiding light for this work.

~ Grounding shamanic drumming to awaken

~ The ethereal tones from crystal singing bowls to carry us into our journey.

~ Gentle guided intention-setting to invite personal metamorphosis, insight, and release of what no longer serves

We will gather, set our prayers and intentions, and then you can simply lie down (or sit comfortably) and receive.

Join Viveka for an enlivening and balancing Hatha class that will support your strength, flexibility, balance and mood! Come as you are and leave with greater peace, presence, and poise. This is a gentle class while still being invigorating and strengthening, and appropriate for all levels. Viveka is encouraging and gives clear, precise cues that will help you find greater alignment and deeper breath. Her experience as a trauma-informed yoga teacher informs the experience; she will hold a safe space in which to meet yourself where you are and gently challenge yourself. This experience will connect you more deeply with your own loving awareness and the teacher within.

Psychedelic Shabbat is an inter-spiritual gathering at Lajja Space in Milwaukie, OR. It blends Shabbat ritual (candle lighting, w**e blessing, invoking the divine feminine as Shekinah) with a sound bath, ecstatic dance, and a multilingual sharing circle.

It's a 21+ event, and RSVP is required via email or text to Viveka.

MOVE IT! A lightly guided ecstatic flow movement class, where we learn how to loosen up, release tension, and move all that spiritual/physical “gunk” through our bodies! Jillian will show you how to both let loose and mindfully move with free flowing dance to help transmute trauma, pain, stress, and tension into something beautiful and FUN! No dance experience necessary. This is a fun, light hearted dance space with minimal structure to allow you to move as YOUR body needs.

Welcome to the place where we explore and practice being the men we want to be and that the world craves so badly. This is a place for exploring what it’s like to be living in our world as a man and how to enhance it. As we start this circle we’ll be trying on various practices and modalities to establish the flow that helps us go as deep as possible while also bringing us joy, connectedness and healing. This is a circle of co-creation. You are welcomed here as you are.

Our idea is to host an ecstatic dance (a form of movement without any specific steps and free from judgment) in a way that’s both intensely personal, yet deeply rooted in connection. So come in, be vulnerable, and let us dance to the rhythm of your beat, baby! This family-friendly event will welcome all ages and genders, and there will be an art table for those who may not feel like moving. We look forward to moving with you!
