We need help! Tent City Volunteers!
Each year, we try to make an already early championship morning a little easier for our swim families by transporting and setting up your pop-up tents at Champs on Friday evening. That way, all you have to do on meet day is arrive ready to cheer and swim!

To make that happen, we need both trucks and volunteers to help transport and set up tents at West Carrollton during tomorrow evening’s pasta dinner.

At the moment, we have only three volunteers for a team of 120 swimmers, and we need a few more helping hands to make this tradition possible.

If you’re available to help for a short time tomorrow evening, please let us know ASAP. We’d hate to have to send families home from the pasta dinner with their tents still in tow because we didn’t have enough volunteers to transport them.

Many hands make light work. Thank you for helping make Champs morning a little easier for everyone. We truly appreciate it!
