The best diet for weight loss is the one you can stick to for a very long time

If you don’t think you’ll be able to stick to it for a year or more, don’t waste your time- it won’t work

Aim for long term results from the start and you’ll get there a lot faster in the end

Don’t complicate nutrition. Stick to science.

If you are in a NEGATIVE energy balance, you will lose fat.

This was one meal.
Each of the necessary macros included.

Ingredients: ⬇️
Jasmine rice microwave bag
Stir fry veggie frozen bag
1 egg/5 whites (pre made)

Directions:
Toss veggies on stove. Spray with olive oil pam. Add braggs liquid amino’s. Cook.

Microwave rice for 1:30 sec
Toss eggs on a plate.

Micro more if needed.
Salt the plate when done.

If you think you need to be a GOOD COOK to eat healthy, your mistaken. That’s just an excuse. 👌🏼

A nice dress or suit is nice. It gets the job done. However, when tailored , is next level.

Same can be said for writing training programs. Generic is fine (& will work). But one that’s fit TO the athlete - based on injury history, goals & ability level - is next level.
