The Cream City Fitness and Wellness Summit

Who : We have 18 Health/Fitness/Wellness professionals around Milwaukee to join under one roof of

Why: we want to break barriers, inspire and educate about why health is important. Give insight on upcoming local events to the citizens of Milwaukee.

Attire: Comfy workout clothes and water bottle. There will be light activity sessions.

When: Saturday, May 18th 9am -11am

Cost: Is $10 plus tax (Each ticket will get you an Açaí Bowl from and chances with win raffle prizes from the organization leaders, plus a two week pass at Golds Gym and coffee!
