Caught off guard picture, but you get it!

Falling in love with Jesus is the best thing I’ve ever done! 🎶 🎶 🎶

And I wouldn’t trade this love for anything! 🥹

I mean, it might take me a little bit, but I GET IT DONE! 💪🏾

Look, I’m gonna do my dance, drink my water, lift my weights, and MIND MY BUSINESS! 🤣

Someone asked me, “Are you addicted to the gym?” 👀

Nahhhh… I’m addicted to being a good steward over the temple God entrusted to me!

I’m committed to elevation, discipline, longevity, and practicing what I preach!

I can’t teach women to prioritize their health while neglecting my own.

This isn’t addiction. This is stewardship. This is obedience. This is a LIFESTYLE!

I don’t just teach it. I LIVE IT!

Transparency moment!Ladies, I did NOT feel like working out today, but I refused to let my feelings override my commitment!

And let’s talk SQUATS! 🍑
As women, we’re not just building glutes. We’re strengthening our legs, hips, core, and bodies for LONGEVITY!

We’re not just training to look good. We’re training to AGE STRONG!

Some days motivation won’t show up, but DISCIPLINE will!

Show up for YOU, sis! Your future self is counting on you! 💪🏾
