As we celebrate Pride Month this June, we want to reaffirm something that's important to us: everyone deserves to feel welcome.

While updating our Google Business Profile, we proudly marked our business as LGBTQ+ friendly and a transgender safe space. It may seem like a small gesture, but it's one way we can clearly communicate what we stand for.

Whether you're joining us for the first time or you've been part of our community for years, we want you to know that you belong here. Our goal has always been to create a place where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome—on and off the water.

Shoutout to Joe, Beth and Steph!

They were down at here at PrideFest yesterday, noticed trash floating in the harbor, and decided to come back today with homemade trash grabbers to help clean it up!

No event. No prize. Just people taking the initiative to make a difference.

Thanks for helping keep Milwaukee's waterfront a little cleaner!

The outdoors gives us a lot. It's pretty inspiring to see people giving a little back.

🚣☀️ Kick off summer on Milwaukee’s lakefront this Saturday, June 6, at Forward Outdoor’s Paddles & Pops Grand Opening at Discovery World!

Enjoy $10 intro paddles, free popsicles starting at 1 PM (while supplies last), music, and the chance to try kayaks, paddleboards, hydro bikes, and paddle boats on the beautiful waters surrounding Discovery World and Lakeshore State Park.

Join the ribbon cutting at 1 PM and watch as a group of paddlers launch onto the water to celebrate Milwaukee’s newest waterfront adventure destination.

In Prams in the Park, kids ages 8–11 learn real sailing skills while having a blast with new friends. From steering their own boat to learning how the wind works, every lesson is packed with adventure, teamwork, and fun.

No sailing experience or membership required! Participants should be able to swim at least 25 yards.
