I know I speak for our trainers when I say that the value and relationship with our clients is a 2 way street. As much as we are adding years, health, strength and longevity to their lives, in return they are giving us wisdom, encouragement, and value that we sometimes don’t even realize.

ON RIGHT: DAVID LACROIX longtime client of Fit Pro for 19(!) years. David has credited his work with his trainers Laure Gelis-Diaz and Tim Sabin as the biggest source of strength that helps guide him through his days. On top of that, he is a Blues aficionado and is happy to school us on the best blues musicians in history. I would not know who Pink Anderson is (Google him) if not for David.

ON LEFT: TIM SABIN, Fit Pro Fitness expert. Tim is one of the best trainers on the planet and an even bigger Milwaukee Bucks fan. He is currently taking David’s strengths to new levels every week. It is amazing that David is getting STRONGER as he is getting older!

Want to give a BIG shout out to the ladies from Cushman Wakefield who every Monday and Wednesday come by for their lunch time workout with Laure Gelis-Diaz! Fit Pro MKE has been running this class for over 6 years and it has been a fun and healthy way to break up the work day, and these ladies really give it their all thanks to the excellent guidance of Frenchy!
