MOVEMENT TO MEDITATION

A little bit about what to expect ~
“Join me for movement to meditation! After some light movement we will use props and wall support to provide a steady and comfortable position from which to explore meditation techniques that we can take into our daily lives. We will practice each technique for 4-8 weeks at a time to gain familiarity and to see the growth that each method can bring. Whether you are new to meditation or you have been practicing for many years, this is a great opportunity to explore, initiate or deepen your meditation through weekly consistent practice with others. We will have space and time after the meditation for questions or to share our experiences so that we can support each other.”
This class will be complimentary to your bikram practice, and vice versa.
Come for the 9:30am Classic 26 with on Sunday mornings and stay for Movement to Meditation!
