Our Saturday 10:30 AM Conditioning Sessions at BREWCITY are officially live - Starting THIS Saturday 1/24!

Included in our regular memberships (and a discounted $15 drop-in rate), there’s no excuse not to get after it... And we want to make sure everyone can get in on the action so we'll be opening up more days/time slots soon.

REWIND on 2025 ⏪

We've made it! Grateful for every single person who has stepped foot in our building this year (EXCEPT that one guy who came in and stole our snow shovel out of the entry way). I hope we've been able to help make a positive impact on your lives, no matter how small it may be!

It's a good thing we've got a successful business going here because this video editing thing is awful!

So thanks for being a part of the team in 2025 - Here's to 2026. We've got a LOT in store for everyone here at BREWCITY 🤩

Reminiscing about last weekend's epic WBTL throwdown with some super talented teams 🤩

Brewcity men's Rx and Intermediate teams took home the golds🥇and saw some crazy weights thrown around in event 2...

Women's intermediate division was stacked, and the prize money was well earned!

MVPs goes to the teams of the ladies Rx division for signing up and battling it out all day 💪

New Year - New list of Members of the Month 🌠

We kick off 2025 with a dedicated member who's been with us since the summer of 2020 - it's Melissa!

Melissa found out about us from one of her best friends (and former member of the month - shout out to you!) and quickly found her place in our community. She's gained some of her closest friends at Brewcity over the last four years and even met her boyfriend here - and we love to hear that!

Part of the big reason why she's been given the first Member of the Month award this year is her dedication to attending both Open Gym hours and regular CrossFit classes over the course of last year to boost her strength with a focus on Back Squat and Front Squat - her two favorite movements. She is the most proud of her 255lb Back Squat and her 2-rep 205 Front Squat PR.

Her hobbies outside of the gym involve being in grad school at Marquette for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and traveling, which has been put on a slight hold until she graduated this year (hang in there!!). She also enjoys spending time with her dog Peach, her boyfriend (I'll let you decide who is who in pictures 1 and 2), and considers herself a big Lord of the Rings nerd - which I apologize that I don't have a punny joke to add to this as I know nothing about Lord of the Rings!

Overall, we're so happy to have you as part of our Brewcity family - your determination and strengths are something to be proud of. Congrats on being Brewcity's Member of the Month - you've earned it!

Now let's get another 60 PRs this year, cool?! ⭐
