Tiffany Bruett Yoga Tiffany Bruett is an experienced, registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 200). Tiffany is also a Registered Art Therapist and Counselor.

She has taught yoga, mediation and Pilates Reformer for the WAC and other sites for the past 20 years. Tiffany Bruett is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with Inner Light Yoga Studios (a Registered Yoga School - RYS 200 hour training). Tiffany has over 1,000 hours of teaching experience with students

of all levels, including Seniors, private clients, beginners, and Cancer patients. She has taught in a variety of corporate settings from manufacturing, electronics and schools to health facilities. She volunteers her time teaching in local minimum security prison facilities. Tiffany is currently working toward her 500 hour certification with Flow Yoga.

🚨IT’S HAPPENING🚨

The first ever class happened this morning in the NEW Lotus Studio in the renovated basement! It was a beautiful sight!

The new Ride Studio will be open today for your favorite cycle classes!

And the Lift Studio will be open today at 5pm!!!

This is a huge accomplishment from our entire team!

We cannot wait to share how amazing it looks with you all!

Next up is the demo upstairs to add in the new turf area!!! 🥳
