Meet Richard, the 75 year old professor from Marquette! He’s been with remnant for a while and has been making amazing progress. Even after a few accidents he is always right back in the gym to continue his progress. Thanks to his continued training and dedication to his health, he is not only stronger and more fit, he is safer when it comes to future accidents. By strengthening his muscles and joints, improving his balance and body control, increasing his core strength, and adapting his body to increased demand, he has never felt better! Aches and pains have gone away, his heart health is incredible, he is able to do things like housework and shoveling with 0 issues, and has even prevented a few falls and accidents. After a bad shoulder injury left him hardly able to use his left arm, he can now do most things again, including a big one for him which is getting his suitcase in the top compartment during flights all on his own! Richard is an inspiration and a true vision of how it’s never too late to take care of yourself and get in the gym. He’s worked very hard and his body is rewarding him greatly! We couldn’t be more proud!
