Located in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood, Cream City CrossFit Co-op is Southeastern Wisconsin’s only community-based, member-owned CrossFit gym. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that uses constantly varied, functional exercises, done at high intensity.

Congrats to our longtime member Katelyn for completing her first marathon on 7/26! Katelyn ran the San Francisco marathon and crushed the hilly landscape. She even got to run over the Golden Gate Bridge!
