Yesterday, H²0 Athletics LLC had the pleasure of welcoming a very special guest Whitney Bingham who shared the beautiful experience of Sound Bath with us. ✨🎶

From the moment she arrived, her presence was calming. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, patient, and engaging, and you could truly feel the intention behind what she does.

There is something special about people who don't just show up with a service, but show up with their whole heart and presence. She created an atmosphere that allowed everyone to simply slow down, be present, and experience something different.

We are so grateful that she took the time to come out, share her gift, and pour into H²0. 💛
