Krunk Fitness Krunk Fitness is a dance cardio fitness class! We dance/workout to some of your "back in the day" jams, as well as some recent jams!

We even add some b***y shakin' to spice up the fitness party! So don't be shy, come give Krunk Fitness a try!

I'm here to announce that I will be teaching(in person) Zumba classes at Nicolet High School!

So if you're looking for a good fun workout with some flava then look no further!!!
There will be plenty of room for social distance!
