I am super excited to announce I’ll be leading my first Partner Yoga class on 2/11/24 in celebration of Valentines Day❣️!

This class is to Intensify and Deepen the CONNECTION between two people through Trust, Creation, Support, Communication, and FUN all from the Yoga Mat!

💖If this sounds like you and your BOO, then this is a class for you TWO!💖

There will also be food, games, conversation, light drinks, and a paint session including our yoga flow.

We will have mats, blankets, pillows, and yoga props for use, but please feel free to bring your own.

What does it mean to “GO IN”?

For me, it means to silence everything outside of me. It means closing my eyes and visualizing what’s inside, imagining the wildest dreams. Using my body as a vehicle to explore this journey we call life, seeing through the minds eye.

Inside of me, everything I need awaits. Love exists within, Peace exists within, true Happiness is within. We seek out to interact, spread and give love, to share this spark that we have with others.

Share your Love & Light knowing It will always be returned to sender, EACH and EVERY time you GO IN.

Join me on the mat family‼️ Starting December 1st I’ll be leading weekly group yoga sessions at Iron Fist Fitness 😊

Here each class is designed to fit those who are new to yoga and those who have an established practice. All classes will be heated 🥵 with dim lighting, as releasing toxins through sweat is the intent ☺️. Our power class is for those looking to build strength and stability, while limb stretch is for added flexibility and mobility in the body. Below you will find our website to register for the class that fits your needs.

I’m OVERLY excited to announce another session of YOGA, SIP & PAINT. This time we will be using Glow paint 🎨 for our canvases, and Glow accessories and lights while we Flow 🌟! Our yoga flow will be an unheated beginner friendly deep-stretch, and our playlist will include music from your favorite RnB artists.
