Milwaukee, help us officially welcome Andrew Slater as Flex Zone’s newest instructor💪🏽

Catch him regularly at the following class times or book a personal training session with him via our app.

Mondays: 6am
Tuesday: 5:30am, 9am & 5:30pm
Thursdays: 5:30pm
Fridays: 12:00pm

Andrew has been in the fitness/personal training space for the last 4 years. He is also a lifelong martial arts athlete and instructor, holding black belts in Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Andrew has taught various martial arts for the better part of 14 years, and competed at the professional level in Jiu Jitsu and MMA. WELCOME ANDREW!
